When most people think 'whisky' they're thinking of Scotland - globally recognised and revered for a wonderful array of single malts, best selling blends and a list of distillery names to make anyone envious.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The product of one single distillery using only malted barley and matured on Scottish soil, in pre-used oak casks for no less than three years.
It must be made exclusivly with malted barley (no other grain), mashed, fermented then batch distilled in a copper pot still.
Scotland is separated into different whisky regions; Highland, Lowland, Speyside, Islay, Campbeltown and Islands.
