All the vines that produce the Bourgogne Blanc Tuféra are in the village of Puligny Montrachet. The soil is a mixture of clay and chalk. The vines face south-east and are guyot trained. The average age of the vines is 50 years old. The domaine has been practicing Biodynamic viticulture since 2008. “Magnifique,” says G rard Boudot. Very aromatic, with more white flowers than yellow fruit. The palate has a good balance of acidity with concentrated fruit flavours. A lovely, elegant wine, which tastes far above its AOC.
