Grown, brewed and distilled by Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. This release explores the possibilities of their unique position as farmers, brewers and distillers. Alongside Wold Top Brewery, their sister company, they’ve finished this light and fruity single malt in ex-IPA casks, creating something completely unusual, distinctive and absolutely delicious.
