Launched in 2015, Seaside was the result of a collaboration with the team at the International Centre for Brewing & Distilling at Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh – bringing together the expertise of Edinburgh Gin’s Head Distiller while helping nurture a new generation of gin innovators.
The culmination of this project is an extraordinary gin that has a fresh sweetness on the nose, characterised by soft salinity and herbaceous, grassy notes on the palate, followed by a clean finish.
Pair with tonic or shake as a martini… and perhaps with a slice of grapefruit or with a sprig of crisp, salty samphire.
