Using the finest seasonal ingredients, the dishes for you to finish off at home.  Enjoy our restaurant quality creations at your own dinner table – paired with exceptional wine to compliment each dish, carefully selected by Northcote and The Wright Wine Company.

North Sea Hake

Neudorf Vineyards, Sauvignon Blanc, Nelson, 2018, New Zealand

Classically aromatic on the nose, displaying vibrant citrus notes of lemon and lime alongside a more tropical hint of passion fruit. There is a welcome slightly rounded texture on the palate in the form of a little creaminess which is perfectly offset by the fresh acidity and steely mineral core. The finish is impressively long.

Roast Chicken “Diane”

Famille Camille Paquet, Pouilly-Fuissé, 2017 Burgundy,  France

Rich and complex, floral and fruity with citrus fruit and chalky notes. The lingering aromas are made of white pepper, vineyard peach and minerality. The long-lasting taste is fresh and aromatic.

Rhubarb and Custard

Andrew Quady, Essensia, Orange Muscat, California, USA

A rich gold colour accompanied by spicy orange-apricot-pear flavours and aromas, balanced with perfect fruit acidity to finish clean, tempting you for one more sip.

Pronounced lifted perfume on the nose with red berry fruit, wild mushrooms and hints of savoury richness and spice.

On the palate there are very pure Pinot fruit flavours on entry with red cherry and musk flavours coupled with fresh acidity.
