Primarily matured in first-fill bourbon casks laid down in the spring and summer of 2017 before a secondary maturation in peated casks tying together the Yorkshire coast with the West coast of Scotland making this release very different from all our previous releases.
How smoky is this release? Our Peated Finish is all about balance; soft and sweet with a gentle twist of smoke making this Filey Bay release perfect for any whisky fan whatever their preference.
