Forest Gin is a family-created small batch gin, produced by Lindsay and Karl Bond. To make it, they steep some classic gin botanicals (including organic juniper berries and coriander seeds) in organic grain spirit. They then take a pestle and mortar to bundles of botanicals, which they forage from the Macclesfield Forest - this includes wild bilberries, gorse flowers, raspberries and local moss, among others. The distinctive English Porcelain bottles feature a screen-printed design by Suzy Taylor of a weasel among the flora of the forest.
