The poshest ‘Saturday boy’ we could ever have. After 40 years in the restaurant trade as the owner and chef at dales restaurant, Amerdale House, we roped Nigel in to offer a level of class and sophistication to the team.

His Sergeant Major demure and his knowledge are outstanding. Plus, he always brings in some baking each time he works. Needless to say, he’s called in on a regular basis.
